Schedule & Daily Outline
Saturday (09:00 – 16:00): A full day starting with studio exercises to loosen up your lines, followed by guided on-location sketching across local streets and architectural spots.
Sunday (09:00 – 15:00): A focused session expanding on urban sketching techniques, perspective, and dynamic compositions before wrapping up mid-afternoon.
What Is Included & What to Bring
Included: Full tuition, tea, coffee, and light snacks throughout both days. Supplementary technique materials are provided at the venue.
What to Bring: A sketchbook, watercolour paper (A4 and A3 sizes), watercolours, sketching pens, and watercolour pencils.

1. Booking & PaymentBookings for UK-based workshops and events are made directly with Toby Haseler trading as Sketch Loose (Sole Trader). Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

3. Ticket Transfers & Name ChangesIf you cannot attend and it is within the 6-week non-refundable period, you are welcome to pass your ticket on to someone else. Please inform us via email at least 48 hours prior to the event start date with the full name and contact details of the person attending in your place.
4. Event Cancellations by Sketch LooseIn the rare event that a workshop must be cancelled or rescheduled by Sketch Loose (e.g., due to tutor illness or severe venue issues), you will receive a 100% full refund of the workshop fee or the option to transfer your place to a rescheduled date. Sketch Loose cannot be held liable for any independent travel, accommodation, or incidental costs incurred.
5. Personal Belongings & InsuranceWe strongly advise all participants to take out personal insurance to cover independent travel, accommodation, or last-minute personal cancellations. Participants remain responsible for their own art supplies, personal property, and belongings throughout the duration of the event.
